Start with one workflow. Build from there.

Big AI rollouts stall. A single tool that saves someone two hours before a deadline gets used, and earns the next one.

Buy or build

Use what you already pay for

If a tool you already license does the job, we'll set it up and stop there. That's cheaper for you and there's less for us to maintain.

Build when the gap is real

Your file formats, client numbering, naming rules, completeness checks. Off-the-shelf tools rarely handle the parts specific to how you work.

Conventional code where it fits

Not every step needs a model. Renaming and numbering run as plain software, which is faster and costs nothing per use.

How an engagement runs

  1. Discovery

Interviews with the people doing the work. A map of systems, data, permissions and client restrictions. A short written summary you can correct.

  2. First workflow

One tool on real work. Your IT team sees the logs, the spend and the output before anyone else uses it.

  3. Build out

More tools on the same orchestration layer, in the order you choose.

  4. Support and maintenance

Models change. Your systems change. We keep the tools working and tell you when a swap would save money.

Billing

No packages. Every organization's systems are different, so we price the work once we understand it.

Time and materials

You pay for the hours we work. We'll discuss rates directly once we know the scope.

Software and model usage

Billed separately by the providers. You'll see the expected cost per task before you commit, and per-person limits stay in your control.

Invoicing

Invoicing terms are set in your agreement before any work starts.
