QuickOutcomes is a family-owned business based in Essex Junction, Vermont. We provide done-for-you AI automation services to small businesses. This policy explains how we handle your information when you visit our website or work with us.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Contact form submissions: Your name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, and any message you include.
• Consultation bookings: The same information listed above, submitted when you book a free check-up.

We don’t use tracking cookies. We don’t run retargeting ads. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry or schedule a consultation
• To send you a proposal if we discuss working together
• To communicate about services you’ve hired us to provide

We won’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask to be on one. If you fill out our contact form, you’ll hear from us about what you asked about. That’s it.

Where your data goes

Contact form submissions are sent through Microsoft Graph API to our business email. Your information is stored in our email system and, if we begin working together, in our project management tools. We don’t store credit card information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers with their own privacy policies.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps. Azure may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal web hosting. We don’t use this data for marketing or tracking purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any information we have about you at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it. No forms to fill out. No waiting period.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page. We won’t make changes that reduce your privacy without telling you.
